ADMISSIONS FOR EDUCATION DOCTORATE (Ed. D.) PROGRAM IN EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
DOCTORAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission to the Doctoral Program in Executive Leadership at the University of Holy Cross is based on the evaluation of the applicant's personal, professional, and academic records by the Graduate Education Program faculty. The University recruits qualified applicants from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds who display professional executive leadership promise, intellectual achievement, personal character, and educational commitment. At a minimum, applicants are expected to submit the following documentation:
1. A record of graduate-level study predictive of success in a doctoral program. This requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or proof of equivalent training at a foreign university (Official transcripts from every institution ever attended must be submitted to the University of Holy Cross );
2. An online application for admission to the Executive Leadership Program (completed online through Admissions);
3. Application Fee
4. Three letters of recommendation; and
5. A professional résumé that highlights leadership experience.
Admission to the doctoral program in Executive Leadership is competitive, and meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee admission to the program.
