UHC Accolades - 05/03/22
As a campus community, UHC has much to celebrate!
Two graduates and one doctoral student who will graduate in May in the Counseling Graduate Program at the University of Holy Cross have accepted faculty positions in university counseling graduate programs.
Dr. Tiffany Henderson began as an assistant professor of counseling at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana in January, 2022.
Dr. Deatrice Green will start her career as a full-time university faculty member and assistant professor at Southeastern Louisiana University (SELU) in Hammond in the fall semester of 2022.
Nathan Favaloro, who will receive his PhD degree in May 2022, will begin as an assistant professor of counseling at Chadron State College in Nebraska in the summer academic term that begins in a few weeks.
All three of these University of Holy Cross alums have had extensive clinical experience as counselors in schools, mental health agencies, and private practices.
The University of Holy Cross is helping to provide the next generation of university faculty members. Congrats to Tiffany, Deatrice, and Nathan!
Dr. Ronicka Briscoe, Chair of Education, was invited by the City of New Orleans - Office of Youth and Families to congratulate the newest Parent Leaders to complete the Parent Leadership Training Institute (Cohort VIII). Congratulations, Dr. Briscoe!
