I am seeking a student worker to be assigned to our #iGiveCatholic Giving Day: https://igivecatholic.org/ (https://igivecatholic.org/) . We need approx. 10 hrs per week, during working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is a contract position from September 5th through December 15th. The work will include:

Our photographers are known for their ability to photograph large sporting events, conventions, and military events with expediency, creativity, and with excellent customer rapport. Additionally, our exceptional service includes on-the-spot delivery of customer’s photographs.
New Orleans Event Photography is looking to hire individuals to work part-time as a photographer’s assistant during home games played in the Super Dome and Arena. As a team, the photographer captures images of guests in suites during home games, and the assistant will complete the transaction for souvenir photos which are printed and delivered back to the guests before the end of the game. This position requires a friendly, energetic person, who is also a quick learner. Candidates must be willing to interact with guests to complete the sales transactions. Candidates must be available for NFL home games starting approximately 3.5 hours prior to the start of the game and one hour after the conclusion of the game.
Energetic, friendly and outgoing personality; Sales experience preferred but not required.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a conduit between customers and the internal HR, production, & sales teams by performing data entry related to circulation/subscriptions, as well as collaborating on assigned projects to support company operations. In addition, you will have the flexibility to work around your existing schedule, since this part-time role will tap into your self-management & time budgeting skills for approximately 10 hours per week.
- You will work on documentation, filing & data entry for invoices/renewals by updating information, entering payments & depositing checks
- You will be mailing publications to customers, addressing subscriber concerns via email
- You will use a Mac computer with MS Outlook, Word, & Excel to maintain an organized circulation system, communicating effectively with internal teams/external clients
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- More than a year of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (OR currently working toward said)
- Experience using a Mac OS & computer management systems to organize company information (i.e. database software, Google tools, Microsoft Software Suite)
- Ability to work well with others & communicate effectively in a timely manner
