Dear UHC Family & Friends,
As we step into the month of July, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and excitement for the wonderful opportunities and experiences that lie ahead. This summer has been a time of reflection, planning, and preparation for the upcoming academic year, and I am eager to welcome our family back to campus.
First and foremost, I want to extend a warm welcome to all of the newest members of our UHC Family. Whether you are a student, faculty, or staff member, we welcome you to share in the Holy Cross mission here in New Orleans. Your presence enriches our community, and we are thrilled that you have joined us. Our commitment to providing a supportive, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment remains a priority, and we look forward to the unique contributions each of you will bring.
While the summer brings a time for relaxation, reflection, and preparation, we have been full of activity at the University. UHC has been a destination for summer camps, conferences, and retreats during the month of June and we look forward to continuing that in July. These events continue to bring life and exposure to our campus, and we look forward to welcoming new events as well!
As we embrace the opportunities that July brings, let us also take a moment to reflect on our shared core values that guide us. The University of Holy Cross is a place where faith, learning, and service intersect, creating a vibrant community dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and the improvement of society.

In conjunction with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana, this festival will celebrate Hispanic culture and the impact it has had on our local community!
