Role Summary
Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, you will work with
the Academic Affairs team to support students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
In addition to communicating with and supporting dual enrollment counselors, parents,
and students, collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation needed for accreditation
and other reporting is key to this role.

Required
● Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, with the ability to represent
UHC authentically in diverse settings.
● A commitment to the Marianite tradition of holistic education and serving a diverse
student body.
● Exceptional ability to oversee complex projects, maintain strict timelines, and
manage departmental operations with precision.
● Ability to connect with prospective and current students, families, and community
partners from diverse backgrounds.
