Credit balances result from an overpayment, excess financial aid, and other credit entries that exceed the total amount of charges to a student’s account.

Refunds are issued to students for the amount of the excess credit balance.

All refunds will be processed through BankMobile. If you are expecting a refund, please log in to your Self Service account to check your balance.

University of Holy Cross has partnered with BankMobile to refund all student credit balances. For more information about BankMobile, visit this link: https://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive an email once your Financial Aid has been sent to UHC. Refunds for credit balances are processed within 14 days after the financial aid is posted to the student’s account summary.

How will I know if my refund has been sent?

You will receive an email from BankMobile as soon as your refund has been processed, letting you know exactly when you will be receiving your funds.

What if I don’t have my personal code?

Email the Bursar at bursar@uhcno.edu.  Please include your first and last name and explain that you need a new personal code.  The Bursar’s office will gladly issue a temporary, instant personal code that will be sent to your student email address. You can use this temporary code to log in and create an account.  This temporary code can only be used within a 24-hour period, so please make sure you will have the time needed to create your account if you send us a request.

Important Information about BankMobile

It is important that you have created your account with BankMobile in order to receive your refund.  For new students, a personal code will be delivered to you in the mail as well as by email.  Please go to www.refundselection.com  and enter your personal code in order to set up your account.  If you are a previous student, who has already created a BankMobile account from a past semester, your account already exists and you do not need a personal code to set up a new account.
