For the fifth year in a row, the University of Holy Cross (UHC) radiologic technology graduates achieved a 100% pass rate on the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) national certification exam. Every graduate in the 2024 cohort successfully passed the exam on their first attempt, continuing the program’s streak of obtaining a 100% pass rate since its inception.

The UHC Radiologic Technology program has also maintained a 100% job placement rate for its graduates over the past five years. This combination of academic excellence and career readiness underscores the program’s commitment to producing highly skilled and employable radiologic technologists.

One standout from the 2024 class scored in the 99th percentile, showcasing the program’s achievements and the ability for to students regularly outperforming both national and state averages.

Over the past five years, no UHC student has scored below 80 on the exam, with all students meeting or exceeding the required passing score of 75. In 2024, UHC’s program achieved a total scaled score of 86.0, outpacing the 2023 national mean scaled score of 82.0, and the Louisiana state mean of 83.0. The 2024 mean scaled scores have yet to be released.

(R) (ARRT), UHC Radiologic Technology Program Director. “The ongoing success of the program reflects the dedication of its faculty, the hard work of its students, and the support of the university community.”
