Dear UHC Family & Friends,

As we step into September, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all our students, faculty, and staff as we begin another exciting academic year. The start of the semester is always a time of anticipation and renewal, and this year is no exception. Our campus is brimming with energy and enthusiasm, and we’re excited to share some highlights from our Welcome Week activities that have set the tone for a fantastic year ahead.

Welcome Week Highlights:

Tie Dye Day: Our campus was filled with vibrant colors and creativity as students, faculty, and staff gathered for Tie Dye Day. It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to express their individuality and build connections through a fun, hands-on activity. The colorful designs and smiles were a testament to the spirit of unity and community that defines the University of Holy Cross.

Brunch-O-Rama: There’s nothing like starting the day with a delicious brunch, and Brunch-O-Rama was the perfect way to do just that. From gourmet chicken and waffles to a New Orleans Classic of Shrimp n' Grits, the event was a hit, providing a relaxed setting for students to mingle and enjoy a hearty meal while getting to know their peers and professors.

Club Rush: Our Club Rush event was a vibrant showcase of the diverse range of student organizations and activities available on campus. It was inspiring to see so many students eager to get involved, whether it’s through academic societies, cultural groups, or recreational clubs. The enthusiasm and commitment displayed by our student body are truly impressive and reflect the dynamic community we are proud to be part of.

As we embark on this new semester, I encourage each of you to take full advantage of the opportunities and resources available. Whether you’re attending classes, participating in extracurricular activities, or engaging in campus events, your involvement and contributions are what make our university a special place.
