The University of Holy Cross offers a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences. The Applied Behavioral Sciences degree consists of 120 credit hours. Students will take courses in Advanced Interviewing and Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Human Growth and Development, Advanced Abnormal Psychology, Crisis Intervention, and other counseling related courses.
With a bachelor’s in counseling, psychology, and applied behavioral sciences, some of your options could be employment as:
- Psychological technician in a hospital unit or battered women’s shelter
- State probation officer
- Case Management Assistant
- Substance abuse specialist
- Community services specialist
- Academic and career advisor
- Behavioral health specialist
